At H-EarForYou, we're committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. For the first 30 days after your order arrives you're protected by our 30 day guarantee. If your hearing aids break, malfunction or have any other issues, we'll issue up to one replacement - entirely free.
If you experience any issues with your product within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer support team. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and provide any necessary support.
While we strive to accommodate all customers, there are certain circumstances in which a replacement may not be possible.
Return After 30 Days: As mentioned earlier, any replacement requests made after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a replacement.
Failure to Follow Return Procedure: It is crucial to follow the replacement procedure and inform us about the return with the provided name. Failure to do so may result in delays or even the inability to provide you with a free replacement.
Since our hearing aids are currently on sale for 60% off, all orders are final sale. Meaning no refunds will be issued once the box has been open, however you're still protected by our 30 day guarantee warranty.
On top of that, if you have any issues with our hearing aids, we're here to help you troubleshoot and / or find a model of ours that will work perfectly for you!
All items are tested accordingly by our team before being packaged and shipped off, to make sure the items being sent are fully working and face no issues.
